We have transitioned for a year; working on our form and easing into more minimal shoes along the way. I can't believe it, but I have actually experienced runs with 8:00min/miles, and I have my proper form to thank for it. I have run for years, and never have I been able to break 9:30 miles. It is amazing to me looking back at my progress.
I am not sure what my run today will bring, but I am up for the challenge. I have my bagel, plenty of water, and lots of excitement fueling me up for the race.
